... ת"ח ת"ח על מ"ש במכתבו רשימת ספרי אא"ז נ"ע בעה"מ ספר שעה"כ וכו' הר"ד לאוואוט עם הגהותיו, ועל גליון כת"י שלו - ושייך לשעה"כ - שמצא בתקוני זהר שמצרף, ות"ח על תשורה זו. ובודאי אם רק באפשרי הוא ישלח לכאן גם את הספרים שמזכיר במכתבו, אף אם זה רק הגהות קצרות, אם הם כתב ידו. ומובן שאשלח תמורתם ספרים אחרים מספרי קה"ת כפי הדרוש באותו המקום שנמצאים ספרים הנ"ל.

Many thanks for what you wrote in your letter: the list of my ancestor's books of blessed memory, the author of Sefer Sha'ar HaKavanot, etc., Rabbi D. Lavat with his notes, and for the handwritten page—related to Sha'ar HaKavanot—that you found in Tikunei Zohar which you are attaching. Thank you for this gift.
Certainly, if possible, please also send here the books you mention in your letter, even if they are only short notes or just his handwriting. Of course, I will send in exchange other Kehot books as needed at the location where these above-mentioned books are found.
