... Regarding the event of the Sefer Torah—it was in its case. Nevertheless, those who saw it should fast another four half-days, and the student an additional half-day. Throughout this year, everyone should be careful with Shnayim Mikra V'Echad Targum (reading each Torah portion twice in Hebrew and once in translation) and give a franc for Tzedakah for Talmud Torah from weekday money.
