הנה אמת נכון הדבר אשר אמר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ כיון שנשתנו העתים ונתחלפו הזמנים יכול כל אחד לחזור ולשאול בענין ההעתקה, ומכיון ששואל במכתבו וגם שאל בשבילו הרה"ח וכו' מוהר"ר יצחק מאיר שי', בטח הודיע לו הנ"ל את דעתי, אשר באם יש לו אפשרות ישתדל תיכף בהשגת הניירות לנסוע לאה"ב, ויתן השי"ת אשר יהי' הכל כשורה ובנקל ויבואו אל מחוז חפצם צלחה, ומה' מצעדי גבר כוננו.
כבקשתו, אזכירו ואת ב"ב יחיו בהיותי על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, ובטח יברכם צדיקא דאשתכח עתה בהאי עלמא יתיר מבחיוהי, והשי"ת ימלא ברכותיו, בגשמיות וברוחניות, על מילואן.
בטח מתעסק ג"כ בהפצת המעיינות חוצה באופן המתאים ות"ח אם יודיעני בשורות טובות בזה.

In response to your letter from the 28th of Menachem Av, in which you ask about relocation: It is indeed true what my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m said—that since times have changed and circumstances are different, anyone can now re-ask about relocation. Since you ask in your letter and also on behalf of Haraha"ch etc. Moharar Yitzchak Meir shiyichyeh, he has surely informed you of my opinion: If he has the opportunity, he should immediately strive to obtain the necessary papers to travel to America. May Hashem grant that everything proceeds smoothly and easily and that they reach their destination successfully. 'From Hashem are a man's steps established.'
As you requested, I will mention you and your family at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m. Surely the tzaddik who is now found in this world even more than during his lifetime will bless you, and Hashem will fulfill his blessings for you both materially and spiritually in full measure.
Surely you are also involved in spreading the wellsprings outward in an appropriate manner. Thank you if you inform me of good news regarding this.
