Shalom u'Vrachah!

After much restraint—and after requesting your forgiveness and likewise from Anash mentioned below regarding the following:

Completely beyond the natural order, thousands of students who knew only Chabad were expected to continue in Chabad education. The Chabad educational institutions in this city (except for Beit Rivkah) are emptying out of students; their administrations are preoccupied with other matters—and their mouths (aside from being forced to do so, and it is difficult): more than a thousand sighs and not even a single worthy action. These matters should be recorded within Chabad, and apparently from the reports of gatherings and correspondence—they have decided to continue on this path even in the future!

Summary

This letter highlights the urgent need for proactive leadership in Chabad educational institutions. It calls attention to unmet student expectations and urges meaningful action rather than continued inaction and expressions of regret.
