אביע השתתפותי בשמחתך לרגל הגיעך לעונת

וסגולה מיוחדת במצוות תפילין אשר

כל עמי הארץ ייראו ממך
ומביאה

To each and every Bar Mitzvah boy orphaned by war and terror in our holy land—may they live long.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
On the eve of the bright day—the birthday and redemption of the Rebbe Rayatz, who gave his life for spreading Torah and its mitzvos and for the material and spiritual good of the Jewish people—I express my participation in your joy upon reaching Bar Mitzvah. May it be G‑d's will that you accept upon yourself the yoke of our Torah, the Torah of life, and its mitzvos with joy, and fulfill them with health and tranquility. May Hashem Elokei Yisrael, Who alone performs wonders, grant peace in the land. Especially this year being a Shemitah year—a Sabbath for Hashem—the merit of Torah and mitzvos is great to protect the land and our people wherever they are, casting awe and fear upon every enemy and adversary. There is a special segulah in the mitzvah of tefillin; as our Sages have taught: 'All the nations of the earth shall see that the name of Hashem is called upon you—and they will fear you,' which brings victory to our soldiers. In all this you will bring true nachas to your father—may Hashem avenge his blood—who from his place in the World of Truth watches over what happens to his children, delights greatly in their good conduct, and rejoices immensely seeing them go from strength to strength in our Torah—the Torah of truth—and its mitzvos.
