מאשר הנני את קבלת מכתבו שנמסר ע"י בערל שי', ובשעה טובה יזכירו אותו על ציון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר לקיום כל משאלותיו לטובה בכל מה שכתב אודותיו, ובפרט הסתדרות טובה בגשמיות וברוחניות.
בענין הטענות שלו לאישים שלוו ממנו כספים וכו', הרי כנהוג בכגון דא מתדברים ביניהם, או, כשזה בלתי אפשרי, פונים לרב, כדי שהוא יתן את דעתו – הוראה.
לפי הנראה ממכתבו, אין צורך להאריך בנחיצות קביעת עתים בתורה בכל יום, ובפרט שנמצא עתה בארץ אשר אפילו אינם יהודים קוראים לה ארץ הקודש, וכנאמר
בתורה
: ארץ אשר עיני ה"א בה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית שנה.
יתן השי"ת, שיבשר טוב בכל האמור לעיל.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter delivered by Berel shiy', and at an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, for the fulfillment of all your requests for good in all that you wrote about, especially for a good arrangement both materially and spiritually.
Regarding your claims against individuals from whom you lent money, etc., as is customary in such cases, one should discuss matters between themselves or, when this is not possible, turn to a rabbi so that he may give his opinion—a ruling.
From your letter it appears unnecessary to elaborate on the importance of setting fixed times for Torah study every day, especially since you are now in a land which even non-Jews call the Holy Land, as it is stated in the Torah: 'A land which the eyes of Hashem are upon from the beginning of the year to its end.'
May Hashem grant that you will have good news regarding all of the above.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages resolving financial disputes through direct discussion or rabbinic guidance and stresses maintaining daily Torah study, particularly while living in Eretz HaKodesh. He offers blessings for success both materially and spiritually.
