ז"ל מעשה הוא העיקר, תקותי שהרושמים יתורגמו למעשה בפועל, כלומר בההדרכה שנותנת לתלמידי' ואצל התלמידים – בהנהגה ובמעשים בחיי היום-יום.
לשאלתה בנוגע לפעולתה בביה"ס, הרי בודאי לא נצרך להדגיש שהדרכה צריכה להיות בחיות
ובדברים
היוצאים מן הלב, ועוד ועיקר שהמדריך ומחנך צריך להיות דוגמא חי' למושפעים. ואם זה אצלה בשלימות, הרי דבר עיקרי כבר יש. ובפרט שהמסירה ונתינה לעבודתה היא יסוד לקבלת כל שאר הענינים הנצרכים כדי להצליח בחינוך.
ויהי רצון שתבשר טוב בזה ובשאר הענינים שכותבת במכתבה.
ולכתבה ע"ד עלייתם לאה"ק ת"ו, יהי רצון שתהי' עלי' במובן העיקרי – עלי' ברוחניות, נוסף על מובן הפשוט בשעה טובה ומוצלחת.

Blessings and greetings! Your letter from the 5th of Kislev was received after some delay, and my response was also delayed due to many preoccupations; please accept my apologies.
I enjoyed reading in your letter about the impressions from your visit here with your students sheyichyu in the environment of Lubavitch. In line with our Sages' saying that action is the main thing, I hope these impressions will be translated into actual deeds—meaning in the guidance you give your students, and for the students—in their conduct and actions in daily life.
Regarding your question about your work at the school: surely it is unnecessary to emphasize that guidance must be given with vitality and words that come from the heart. Most importantly, a guide and educator must be a living example for those they influence. If this is complete within you, then you already have something essential. Especially since dedication and giving oneself over to one's work is the foundation for receiving all other matters needed for success in education.
May it be G‑d's will that you share good news in this matter and in the other matters you wrote about in your letter.
Regarding your writing about your upcoming aliyah—may it be G‑d's will that it be an ascent in its primary sense—a spiritual ascent—in addition to its simple meaning, at a good and successful hour.
