Clarifying Involvement in Organizational Decisions and Communication

The Rebbe explains that he should not intervene in the details of organizational activities, as these matters are for the participants and elected officials to discuss. If the chairman is absent, he will be replaced as needed, and any concerns can be clarified directly or through council members.

To explain (not greetings and blessings! According to what was mentioned in your letter) – that it is not my place to intervene in the details of the activities, etc. – for this, one must be present at the meetings, to hear the arguments of all sides, etc.

And in this, there should be dialogue between the elected representatives, activists, etc.

To write that the chairman is found in the country, etc. – surely when he (the chairman) is informed in time he will appoint a substitute in his place and so on.

If the chairman has opinions on these matters – they can clarify this with him: directly, or through participants in the meeting or those mentioned who are also members of the council.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that organizational matters should be resolved by those involved through open discussion and proper communication channels, rather than outside intervention. Concerns should be addressed directly or via appropriate representatives.
