To the honored participants in the Yud Tes Kislev farbrengen, the day of good tidings—the redemption of our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch—may they live. Shalom u'Vrachah!
It was received with pleasure to hear about the organization of the farbrengen and your participation in the Yud Tes Kislev gathering, the day of our master the Alter Rebbe's redemption—and our own redemption and soul's liberation.
May it be G‑d's will that the awakening from this auspicious day continues throughout all days of the year and leads to practical action—which is most important: strengthening Torah study (both revealed and Chassidus), and fulfilling mitzvot with light, vitality, and enthusiasm.
All this should be done in a manner of continuous increase—as is one of the lessons from these days of Chanukah. Especially according to the Baal Shem Tov's teaching that one must learn a lesson in serving one's Creator from everything; how much more so when it concerns something fundamental and general—like Chanukah. There is even more to elaborate regarding Chanukah...
