Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 5th of Tishrei regarding the place and time of the wedding—it should be as both sides will discuss and agree between themselves.

Regarding the matchmaking arrangements, etc.—you should clarify what is customary in your community; I am not aware of any special custom for Anash.

With blessing.

Summary

The Rebbe advises that wedding details should be mutually agreed upon by both parties and suggests clarifying local customs regarding matchmaking, noting no specific tradition for Anash is known to him.
