מובן שמדווחים לי על דבר היחסים והקשרים הידידותיים שבין כפר חב"ד ופיקוד המרכז, ובודאי ככל דבר טוב ימשיכו בזה באופן דהולך ומוסיף.
הנני מודה לו מקרב לב בעד דבריו הנלבבים, והשם יתברך מקור הברכות יברך את כ' ואת כל אשר לו בכל המצטרך, ובמיוחד בהצלחה רבה בתפקידיו ובמילוי משאלות לבבו לטובה.

קורת רוח מיוחדה ושמחה פנימית גרם לי כתבו ע"ד שלימות הארץ, כי בטוחני שאף שהזכיר יהודא ושומרון כוונתו לכל ארץ ישראל לגבולותי' כמסומן בתורתנו תורת חיים הנתונה מאלקי הארץ והשמים.
ותקותי חזקה, אשר בשאר רוח אשר למר ובהשפעתו יַחדיר השקפה זו בחוגים שיגדלו ויתרחבו ועד שתקבע השקפה זו את הקו ואת המשא ומתן עם האומות – כי כל הקובעים את הקו יראו את המציאות כמו שהיא. כוונתי שנסיגה, חס ושלום, מן הגבולות דעתה הרי זו הזמנה גלוי' לפלישה ולהתקפה ולפעולות מחץ על כל נקודה בארץ, ערעור המצב הבטחוני ועד לסכנה ממש, רחמנא ליצלן.
ובודאי אשר מר וחבריו שי' מכירים את המצב בזה בטוב עוד יותר. ואתו הסליחה על האריכות שלי בזה.

Naturally, I am kept informed about the friendly relations and connections between Kfar Chabad and Central Command, and certainly, as with all good things, this will continue to grow and increase.
I thank you sincerely for your kind words. May Hashem, the Source of blessings, bless you and all that is yours with everything you need, especially with great success in your duties and in fulfilling your heart's desires for good.

Your letter regarding the integrity of the Land gave me special satisfaction and inner joy. I am certain that even though you mentioned Yehuda and Shomron, your intention is for all of Eretz Yisrael within its borders as delineated in our Torah of Life given by the G‑d of heaven and earth.
My strong hope is that with your insight and influence you will instill this perspective in circles that will grow ever wider until this outlook sets the policy and negotiations with other nations—so that all those setting policy will see reality as it truly is.
What I mean is that a withdrawal—G‑d forbid—from these borders would be an open invitation to invasion, attack, and aggressive actions at any point in the land; it would undermine security up to real danger—may G‑d have mercy. Certainly you and your colleagues are even more familiar with this situation.
Please forgive my lengthy discussion on this matter.
