להיות כל ימיו
בתשובה
(עילאה),
להוציא
ולהעלות נפשו האלקית מגלותה להשיבה אל בית אבי' (כל ימיו בחיים חיתו בעוה"ז) שתהא כלולה ומיוחדת בו ית' ע"י שישים כל מגמתו וחפצו בתורה ומצות,
כי המעש"ט שעושה משיבין (נפשו שהיא) חלק ה' למקורא ושרשא דכל עלמין,
זאת
בעבודת ה' במילי דשמיא ובמילי דעלמא ידועים
דברי
נשיאנו בעל ההילולא אשר מסוגל הוא היום הזה
להתקשר
בעץ החיים כו' להושע
בבני
חיי ומזוני רויחי.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter... As we stand just days before the tenth of Shevat, the yahrzeit of the holy Rebbe and leader, and relying on our Sages’ teaching that one only urges those who are already eager, I wish to arouse further strengthening and increase in walking the straight path he taught us—to go in his ways and follow his paths with practical action in the three pillars (the kavim) upon which the world stands—including this small world that is man: Torah study, service (prayer), and acts of kindness—together with teshuvah. Then these good deeds shine; as Rambam writes, then these mitzvos are accepted with calmness and joy etc., and not only that but one even desires them. Teshuvah too must be constant—as our Sages say: one should spend all his days in teshuvah (higher teshuvah)—to bring out and elevate his G‑dly soul from its exile and return it to its Father’s house (all his days during his life in this world), so it will be included and united with Him by placing all his intent and desire into Torah and mitzvos. For through action one returns (his soul which is) a part of Hashem to its source and root above all worlds. This applies both in service of Hashem in spiritual matters and worldly matters.
It is well known what our leader—the one whose yahrzeit this is—said about this day’s unique power to connect to the Tree of Life etc., to be helped with children, life, and abundant sustenance.
With blessings for success and for active gatherings in Torah study, prayer, and acts of kindness—in a manner that continually grows.

P.S. A special committee for the Tefillin campaign should be established along with a special letterhead for this committee. On the letterhead mention only Tzagoch; do not mention individuals’ names (the reason is understood).

Regarding a shidduch for your son—they are not limited to Eretz Yisrael or abroad. And Hashem knows best.
