Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from Tuesday of Chol HaMoed Sukkos: Since sometimes such occurrences as you describe come from a lack of precision in observing the laws and regulations of family purity (niddah, hefsek taharah, immersion in a kosher mikveh, etc.), and since lack of knowledge leads to lack of observance, you should clarify all the details with a Rav who is an authority in halachic rulings, and resolve to observe them from now on as required.
If this is no longer relevant for you personally—make every effort that others should observe them...
With blessing.
Because of the sanctity of the festival, the Admor shlita did not sign personally; I am signing on his behalf.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that careful observance of family purity laws is essential and recommends consulting a qualified Rav for guidance. Even if these laws are not currently relevant to oneself, one should encourage others to uphold them.
