May the opening of "Gan Yisrael" and the entire duration of their stay there be successful in every way, especially since this year is a Hakhel year — men, women, and children — and it is an auspicious time for them to hear, learn, and fulfill all the words of Torah. It is also forty years since the redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe; at that time Hashem grants a heart, eyes, and ears to stand with true awareness of one's Rebbe and to truly be his students in truth and goodness.
