הנני משתתף בחגיגה והשמחה, ויה"ר שבקרוב יוגמר שכון זה ושלאחריו וימלאו בפדויי ה' בשמחת עולם על ראשם כתקות בעל השמחה, כי יתן ה' שלום בארצנו הקדושה שניתנה מאלקים קדושים לנחלת עולם לגוי קדוש ובחוקותיו ילך ומצוותיו ישמור, וכלשון הכתוב אתם ראיתם את כל אשר עשה ה' לעיניכם בארץ מצרים גו' האותות והמופתים הגדולים ההם למען תדעו כי אני ה' אלוקיכם, עדי יקוים היעוד ופרצת ימה וקדמה וצפונה ונגבה בביאת משיח צדקנו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
To all participants in the fortieth anniversary celebration during the Days of Redemption and at the laying of the cornerstone for an additional Chabad housing project in Eretz HaKodesh, may they live, I join in your celebration and joy. May it be His will that this housing project and those that follow will soon be completed and filled with the redeemed of Hashem, with everlasting joy upon their heads, as is the hope of the celebrant. May Hashem grant peace in our holy land, which was given by holy G‑ds as an eternal inheritance to a holy nation who walks in His statutes and keeps His commandments. As it is written: "Atem re'item et kol asher asah Hashem le'eineichem b'eretz Mitzrayim... ha'otot v'hamoftim hagdolim hahem lemaan teidu ki ani Hashem Elokeichem" (You have seen all that Hashem did before your eyes in the land of Egypt... those great signs and wonders so that you may know that I am Hashem your G‑d), until the promise is fulfilled: "Ufaratzta yamah vakeidmah vatzafonah vanegbah" (And you shall spread out to the west, east, north, and south) with the coming of our righteous Moshiach.
