נדפסה ב"היכל מנחם" ח"ג ע' רג. ונכתב במענה לשאלת אחדים מתלמידי הקבוצה, שבאה מארה"ק ללמוד ב-770:
הועלתה הצעה, שהיות וישנם..שאינם מבינים שיחות כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א באידיש, לתרגם שיחות..דשנה זו ללה"ק..ושאלתי היא (א) האם ראוי ונכון הדבר? (ב) האם ראוי ונכון שהת'..[מהקבוצה] יעשו במלאכת התרגום.

(a) It is proper and correct if there will be a suitable and proper translator.
(b) It has already been discussed several times, and it was stipulated that their coming here is on condition and with the intent to study diligently, etc., etc.—and according to the ruling of the Rambam. I am greatly surprised by your above question.
