כפי שדברנו בהיותו בחדרי - עליו לחזור לאהקת"ו, להסתדר שם בענין של פרנסה ולהשתדך. ומתאים לגילו - כדאי להשתדך בהקדם (ובפרט שהספרדים יר"ש - בכלל משתדכים במוקדם), ולכן כהנ"ל צ"ל בהקדם. אלא שיקבע עתים בכל יום בלימוד התורה, ויפריש לצדקה מעשר ממה שישתכר (לפחות), ועיכ"ז יצליחו ה' בעלי' ביר"ש, חסידות וכו' - נוסף על הברכה בגשמיות כפשוטה. וכבכל ענינים טובים - צ"ל כ"ז נעשה בשמחה אמתית ובבטחון חזק בה'.

בתור שליחות: באם אפשרי בדרכי שלום - הרי בשובו לאהקת"ו הנה בימי הש"ק ויו"ט ימסור במסיבות אחב"י הספרדים או בביהכנ"ס שלהם - נקודות מתאימות ממה שדובר כאן במאמרים או בשיחות וכו'.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
As we discussed when he was in my room – he should return to his community, settle there regarding livelihood, and seek to get married. Given his age, it is advisable for him to marry soon (especially since Sephardim who are G‑d-fearing generally marry earlier), so as above this should be done promptly.
However, he should set fixed times every day for Torah study and separate at least a tenth of his earnings for charity. Despite this, may Hashem grant him success in growing in fear of Heaven, Chassidus, etc., in addition to blessing him with material abundance in the most literal sense.
As with all good matters – all this should be done with genuine joy and strong trust in Hashem. He should speak with the yeshivah administration about when he will travel and that it will be for good purposes.
As a mission: if possible and peacefully – upon returning to his community, on Shabbos and Yom Tov he should share at gatherings of Sephardi Jews or in their synagogue appropriate points from what was discussed here in maamarim or talks etc.
