והבטיחונו חכמנו ז"ל, הבא לטהר - וידוע דיוק רבנו הזקן, לטהר גם אחרים - מסייעין אותו.
ולקראת השנה החדשה, הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי להן ולב"ב שי', ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

To the esteemed Nshei U'Bnos Chabad participants at the Chai Elul farbrengen in Jerusalem, the holy city, may Hashem be upon you and grant you life. Shalom u'Vrachah!
I hereby acknowledge receipt of your pan, and at an auspicious time it will be read at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
May it be G‑d's will that in the coming days you increase your activities in holiness—spreading Judaism wherever your influence reaches—spreading it illuminated with the light and vitality of Chassidus.
Our Sages of blessed memory have assured us: "One who comes to purify"—and it is well known how our master the Alter Rebbe precisely explained this—to purify others as well—"is assisted."
As we approach the new year that is coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to you and your families for a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually.
