א) הבא לטהר - וידוע דיוק רבנו הזקן, לטהר (גם) אחרים - מסייעין אותו, ולא עוד אלא,
ב) יגעת ומצאת.
והתקוה חזקה שתשתדל בתפקידה במסירה ונתינה המתאימות, בחינוך בניו של מקום כביכול, ויקוים האמור לעיל.
ובטח למותר להדגיש, אשר אם על כל או"א מבני ישראל להיות דוגמא חי' של אדם המתנהג וחי ע"פ הוראות תורתנו תורת חיים, עאכו"כ - מחנך ומדריך.
וביחוד במוסד אשר תפקידו להכין מורות, ז.א. [..

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 14th of Elul, requesting a blessing regarding your future role at the Beis Rivka Seminary in Kfar Chabad.
In such matters, we have been assured by our holy Torah, the Torah of Life: (a) "HaBa L'Taher" (one who comes to purify)—and it is known that our master the Alter Rebbe precisely noted that this refers also to purifying others—he is assisted; and furthermore, (b) "Yagata U'Matzasa" (if you toil, you will find). The strong hope is that you will apply yourself in your role with appropriate dedication and devotion in educating the children of the Almighty, so to speak, and that what was stated above will be fulfilled.
Certainly it is unnecessary to emphasize that if every single Jew must be a living example of someone who behaves and lives according to the instructions of our Torah, the Torah of Life—how much more so must this be true for an educator and guide. Especially in an institution whose purpose is to prepare teachers.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages wholehearted dedication in educational roles and assures that sincere efforts in guiding others are met with Divine assistance. Educators must serve as living examples of Torah values, especially when preparing future teachers.
