In response to your letter from the 11th of Menachem Av, requesting a blessing and pan. At an auspicious time it will be read at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.

The strong hope is that you are consistently engaged in setting times for public study of Torah—specifically the inner dimension of Torah as revealed in Chassidus in our generation—as is well known how essential this is in our times (see Kuntres Toras HaChassidus by my revered father-in-law the Rebbe, and Kuntres Etz HaChaim by my revered father-in-law's father). Also see remarkable things in the introduction of Rav Chaim Vital to Shaar HaHakdamot of the living Arizal. Certainly for your honor there is no need to elaborate on this further. Everything is by Divine Providence; you have influence in your community, and words that come from the heart enter the heart and accomplish their effect.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that sharing Chassidus publicly is crucial in our generation. When one speaks sincerely from the heart, those words reach others deeply and have a real impact—especially when combined with regular study and heartfelt intention.
