ולפלא שאינה כותבת אם שאלו ברופאים מומחים, שהרי על האדם לעשות את התלוי בו בדרך הטבע, ובכל אופן יעשו זה עתה.
ועוד ועיקר כיון שלפעמים קרובות, העכוב בברכת השם לזרעא חייא וקיימא, בא מחסרון דיוק בשמירת חוקי ודיני טהרת המשפחה (נדה, הפסק טהרה, טבילה במקוה כשרה וכו'), מחסרון ידיעה מלאה בכל הפרטים בזה, לכן עליהם לברר אצל רב מורה הוראה כל הפרטים בזה ועל מנת לשמור עליהם מכאן ולהבא ככל הדרוש.

In response to your letter from the 12th of Tammuz, in which you write that it has been several years since your marriage and you have not yet been blessed with children. It is surprising that you do not mention whether you have consulted with medical specialists, for a person must do what is required in the natural way; in any case, you should do so now.
More importantly, since it is often the case that a delay in G‑d's blessing for living and enduring offspring comes from a lack of precision in observing the laws and regulations of family purity (niddah, hefsek taharah, immersion in a kosher mikvah, etc.), or from insufficient knowledge of all the details involved, therefore you should clarify all these matters with a rabbi who is an expert in halachic rulings and resolve to observe them from now on as required.
