In response to your letter from the 27th of Nissan regarding the honorable proposal, certainly both parties—she and the one in question—have decided to establish their home in Israel on the foundations of Torah and mitzvah in daily life. May it be G‑d's will that it be at an auspicious and successful time, and that they build a Jewish home, an everlasting edifice, a Chassidic home.

In response to your question—it is well known that my opinion has always been that in our generation, anything that brings the wedding date closer to the time of engagement is praiseworthy.
