...נעם לי במאד לקרות במכתבו ע"ד פעולותיו בהפצת היהדות בכלל ובהנחת תפילין עם העובדים בסביבתו במיוחד, והרי אמרו חז"ל הוקשה כל התורה לתפילין.
ויהי רצון שתקוים בפעולתו והשפעתו על הנ"ל ההבטחה מצוה גוררת מצוה, שיקיימו מצות תורתנו תורת חיים בהנהגתם [ה]יום יומית, וזכות הרבים מסייעתו.
התקוה שיש לו קביעות גם בלימוד תורת החסידות נוסף על הקביעות בלימוד נגלה דתורה.

It greatly pleased me to read in your letter about your activities in spreading Judaism in general, and especially about helping those around you put on tefillin. Our Sages said that the entire Torah is compared to tefillin.
May it be G‑d's will that through your actions and influence on those mentioned, the assurance "one mitzvah brings another mitzvah" will be fulfilled, so that they will observe the commandments of our Torah, a Torah of life, in their daily conduct. The merit of influencing many supports you.
I hope that you also have a set time for studying Chassidus in addition to your regular study of the revealed part of Torah.
