B"H, the day after the yahrzeit of Yud Shevat, 5726.
Brooklyn, NY.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
Under the impression of the yahrzeit of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, which you surely also marked—these days are naturally connected with everything related to the Baal HaHilula and his matters, and thus with our fellow Jews who are still "on the other side." While immersed in this thought at the end of the farbrengen, someone approached me and told me he received a letter from his brother in the capital city there, that the gates are opening wide—in his words: [vipostit vusech].
May it be G‑d's will that our heart's desires be fulfilled for good in general, and especially the yearning of all Israel—that our brothers who are in distress and captivity will soon go from confinement to freedom, literally and in every sense.
As is customary at farbrengens—especially when some participants have recently arrived from there—the assembled join in saying L'chaim with heartfelt blessings for our fellow Jews there and for those "buds" already seen in the Land, residents of Kfar Chabad. However, at this yahrzeit farbrengen I allowed myself to suggest saying L'chaim in reverse order: first for "Kfar Chabad Two," then "Kfar Chabad One."
May it be G‑d's will that these wishes and desires also be fulfilled soon—that Kfar Chabad Two will be established in a suitable place—literally near the existing Kfar Chabad, as is necessary for many reasons; and suitable spiritually as well—that its way of life will be chassidic daily life illuminated by Torah haChassidus, its teachings and guidance.
Certainly all those who took part—especially active participants—in founding Kfar Chabad One will merit to participate in the joy of founding Kfar Chabad Two and its establishment to completion, even expansively and spreading out according to the well-known slogan recently: westward, eastward, northward, and southward.
With esteem, honor, and blessings for good news—and with health, joy, and gladness of heart.

Summary
The Rebbe encourages building a second Kfar Chabad both physically close to the first and spiritually strong. He connects this initiative with blessings for redemption for all Jews still in distress or captivity. Active involvement brings merit to participate in future communal joys.
