In response to your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Kodesh with its enclosure, in which you ask about a visit to the Holy Land, Eretz Yisrael, for four weeks—even though it may be difficult for you, etc.

In general regarding such matters, since there is doubt involved, one should refrain from doing so—for now at least.

And according to the words of the tzt"z as an answer to someone who asked about traveling to Eretz Yisrael: "Mach do Eretz Yisrael" (Make here Eretz Yisrael), meaning by spreading Judaism wherever possible and drawing others closer to Judaism wherever one can.

May Hashem Yisborach bless you with long life and good years and that you should carry out the above with good spirits and good health. And may the merit of tzedakah (according to the enclosed receipt) stand by you in this.
