After the longest pause, your letter was received before Shabbat along with the pan, which will be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.

Regarding your question about a position in a yeshiva tichonit (high school yeshiva), you are surely aware of the sharp disagreements surrounding this matter—disagreements from one extreme to the other. It is understood that you should not assist any particular side, and indeed many Avrechim who fear G‑d are settling in Eretz HaKodesh under the tent of Torah without acting as mentioned above. This should be clear.

Your indifference and wonder at my style in your letter is surprising—that you are not particularly involved in spreading the wellsprings (of Chassidus), even though surely (since you use that expression) you know what this refers to in Iggeres HaKodesh of the Baal Shem Tov, especially according to the clear ruling in Shas and Rambam that one should always see himself as equally balanced and the whole world as equally balanced, etc.
