[ואי"ז מספיק, וכאילו להדגיש הענין עוד יותר - בתוך ימים ספורים והייתה אסיפת רופאי שיניים - בא דוקא בעצמו!]. וכדאי לברר מיהו הלוחץ על הנ"ל ומעבירו על דעתו העצמית - ולתקן עכ"פ בעתיד.

I was shocked to learn that our friend, may he live and be well, specifically at a gathering (unique in its nature) of many rabbis of the caliber of previous generations (and even greater), sent his aide to represent him! [And this is not sufficient; as if to emphasize the matter even more—in just a few days there was a dentists' conference—and he attended personally!]. It would be worthwhile to clarify who is pressuring him and causing him to go against his own judgment—and to correct this at least in the future.
With blessing—as Rabbi R.A.L., may he live, Gelman says that two more volumes of the encyclopedia are already ready—they should be published soon for the public (and not just for the publisher).
Summary
