בנועם נודעתי על דבר השתדלותו של כ' בנוגע הקצבת המגרש לישיבת תורת אמת בירושלים עיהקת"ו. ואף על פי שבענין כגון זה, ובפרט לדכוותי', אין צורך בהבעת תודה, שהרי הענין עצמו כלו אומר כבוד, אבל רצוני להביע הנחת רוח שגרמה לי ידיעה זו.
באחת ההתועדויות של זמן שמחתנו הי' כאן אורח מאה"ק ת"ו שאמר שהוא ממקורבי כ', וסיפר על דבר פעולותיו של מר בסיוע למוסדות חב"ד. וכיון שזמן שמחה הוא עת רצון למעלה ולמטה הבעתי איחולי הלבביים שכ' ילך מחיל אל חיל בכללות עניניו וביחוד בעזרתו, הלוך ומוסיף, לעניני חב"ד, ויהי רצון שתחול הברכה בהנוגע למגרש לתורת אמת בפרט.
והרי שנה זו, שנת הק"ן להסתלקותו של רבנו הזקן בעל התניא והשלחן ערוך, היא שנת סגולה לכל פעולה טובה בהחזקת והרחבת המוסדות הק' המתנהלים ברוחו של מחולל שיטת חב"ד.

It was with pleasure that I learned of your efforts regarding the allocation of a plot for Yeshivas Toras Emes in Jerusalem, may it be rebuilt and established.
Although in matters such as this—and especially regarding someone like yourself—there is no need to express thanks, since the matter itself speaks of honor, I nevertheless wish to convey the satisfaction this news has brought me.
At one of the gatherings during our time of rejoicing, there was a guest here from Eretz HaKodesh who said he is among your close associates and told about your activities in assisting Chabad institutions.
Since a time of joy is an auspicious time both Above and below, I expressed my heartfelt wishes that you go from strength to strength in all your affairs and especially in your continued and increasing assistance to Chabad matters. May it be G‑d's will that blessing rest particularly upon the matter of the plot for Toras Emes.
This year marks one hundred and fifty years since the passing of our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch. It is an auspicious year for every good action in supporting and expanding those sacred institutions conducted in the spirit of the founder of Chabad's approach. The merit of the many will assist you.
