Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 2nd of Elul, in which you write about your personal beginning in matters of livelihood, the first steps you have taken, and what you have done so far. May it be G‑d's will that this beginning be at an auspicious and successful time, and that the initial period—which is said to be difficult—pass quickly, so that expansion begins both spiritually and materially, which for a Jewish person always go hand in hand. With peace of mind and body, may you and your wife raise all your children to Torah, marriage, and good deeds.

Especially now that we have entered the month of Elul, about which our master the Alter Rebbe—this year marking one hundred and fifty years since his passing—says it is like a parable of a king whose face is received in the field, etc., and he welcomes everyone graciously and shows a smiling face to all (Likkutei Torah Parshas Re'eh 32b).

Blessings for good news and to be inscribed for a good year.
