והנה בארצוה"ב לאחרונה משתמטים מנתוחים בכגון זה, ומשתדלים באופני טפול אחרים, וכיון שהרופאים דאה"ק ת"ו עומדים בקישור תמידי עם הרופאים דכאן, בודאי ידועים טפולים אלו בסביבתה.
כשתכתוב השמות שלה ושל בעלה בלשון הקדש בצירוף שם האם של כל אחד ואחת (שכן נוהגים להזכיר בתפלה) יזכירום להמצטרך להם.

In response to your letter from 9/10, in which you write about your husband's health, who is suffering from a disc issue.
Recently in the United States, surgeries for such cases are being avoided, and other treatment methods are being pursued. Since the doctors in Eretz HaKodesh are in constant contact with the doctors here, these treatments are surely known in your area.
If you write your name and your husband's name in Lashon HaKodesh along with each mother's name (as is customary to mention during prayer), they will be mentioned for what they need.
With blessings for good news and to be inscribed and sealed for good.
