בהזדמנות זו, נוסף על הבעת תודה לכ' בעד הספ"י וההתענינות הרבה שהראה לבאי כוח כפר חב"ד בביקורם אצלו, כפי אשר כתבו לי, רצוני לשלוח לכ' העתק מכתב שכתבתי ימים אלו. ובידעי התענינותו העמוקה בשטח החינוך, בטח ימצא ענין במכתב זה.

As we come from this Shabbat, the birthday of the two great luminaries, it is an opportune time to connect with you at least in writing. I hope that you too, despite your many preoccupations, marked this auspicious day in a fitting manner.
