והנה באם חושש הנ"ל לדברים בהנוגע אלי, יסיח דעתו מזה לגמרי, כי אין זה מעניני כלל (ענינים של קפידא וכו').
ורק שכיון שמעורר בנוגע לצדקה, יתן כ"ה ל"י לישיבת תורת אמת.
באם החשש הוא לדברים הפוגעים ח"ו בכבוד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר או כ"ק אביו אדמו"ר - זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע - יורהו כת"ר ע"פ תורה מה שעליו לעשות בזה,
ומה שבידי הוא, שאזכירו על הציון הק' שהנ"ל לא יעשה רושם כלל,
ובהנוגע להפרשה לצדקה בקשר עם זה, יפריש כפי נדבת לבו. וכל המרבה וכו' ובלבד שיהי' בטוב לבב.
ויהי רצון שבכל האמור אך בטוב הנראה והנגלה יבשר.

In response to your letter from the 16th of Iyar regarding... that you spoke with him, etc., if the aforementioned person is concerned about matters relating to me, he should completely dismiss these thoughts, as they are not my concern at all (matters of resentment, etc.).
However, since you mention charity in this context, he should give twenty-five lira to Yeshivas Toras Emes.
If the concern is about things that might G‑d forbid affect the honor of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe or his esteemed father the Rebbe—may their merit protect us—please instruct him according to Torah what he should do in this matter. As for what is in my power: I will mention him at the holy resting place so that it will have no effect at all.
Regarding giving charity in connection with this matter, he should donate according to his heart's generosity. The more one gives... as long as it is done with a good heart.
May it be G‑d's will that regarding all of the above you will only receive good and revealed blessings.
