במענה למכתבו בו כותב אודות מצד בריאותו וראשי פרקים בהמיחוש שלו משך שנים האחרונות, בצירוף הטפולים וכו' שעבר.
ואינו ברור ממכתבו, אף שבטח כן הוא, ששואל בדעת רופאים גדולים במקצוע, והרי כמה מהם נמצאים באירופא, ובמיחוש כמו שמתארו, ובפרט שהי' ספק בזה, הרי כדאית ההשתדלות להתקשר עם מומחה גדול דוקא.
לאידך גיסא - אינו מובן איך זה עד עתה לא קבעו בבירור המיחוש; ענינו ואופן טפולו, והרי נמשך זה, כנראה ממכתבו כמה שנים ובודאי עשו כמה צלומים.
פשוט, שלא באתי לשאול שאלות, אלא לעורר עכ"פ בנוגע להווה, שכדאי לחקור מי הוא המומחה ביותר במקצוע כהנ"ל, ולשלוח לו מכתבי הרופאים שטפלו ובכלל הידיעות שצריך לדעת אותם, ולשאול עצתו בכלל וכן הכדאי לבקרו.
ויהי רצון מהשי"ת הרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות, שתהי' רפו"ק ע"י רופא שמתאים וטפול שיתאים, והממנו - השי"ת - יפלא כל דבר.
וזכות החינוך שנותן לילדיו שי', חינוך על טהרת הקדש, תעמוד לו בהאמור בתוככי כללות עניניו.

In response to your letter in which you write about your health and outline the main points of your ailment over recent years, along with the treatments you have undergone, etc. It is not clear from your letter—although I am sure it is so—that you have consulted with leading doctors in the field. There are several such experts in Europe, and for an ailment as you describe, especially since there was doubt about it, it is worthwhile to make an effort to contact a true specialist.
On the other hand—it is not understood how until now a clear diagnosis has not been established regarding the ailment: its nature and how it should be treated. This has continued, as appears from your letter, for several years and surely several scans have been done.
It is obvious that I do not mean to ask questions but rather to at least raise awareness regarding the present situation: it is worthwhile to investigate who is the greatest expert in this field as mentioned above, send him the letters from the doctors who have treated you and all relevant information he needs to know, and seek his advice in general—and if appropriate, visit him.
May it be G‑d's will—He Who heals all flesh and performs wonders—that there will be a complete recovery through a suitable doctor and appropriate treatment; for Him—the Almighty—nothing is wondrous. The merit of the education you provide your children—education based on purity and holiness—will stand by you as mentioned above among all your affairs.
