במענה על מכתבו מעש"ק, שכנראה מנו כבר הסתדר בענין קנין הבית, ויה"ר שיצליח ג"כ בהבאת ב"ב שי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, ומתוך הרחבת הדעת ופרנסה יוסיף אומץ במקומו עתה בעניני יהדות בכלל, ובהפצת מעינות תורת הבעש"ט עד שיגיעו גם חוצה.
כבקשתו יזכירו אתה רב משה דויטש שי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להענין אודותו כותב. וכיון שלכל דבר צ"ל צנור המקשר את המברך ומתברך - מהנכון שהנ"ל יקבע שיעור בלימוד תורת החסידות חב"ד עי' מסר נפשו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר המעורר ר"ר, וכן שבלי נדר ישמור שלשת השיעורים הידועים בחומש תהלים ותניא עכ"פ מכאן ולהבא, והשי"ת יצליח את כ' לבשר טוב בכל האמור.

In response to your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh, it seems that you have already settled the matter of acquiring the house. May it be His will that you also succeed in bringing your family at an auspicious and successful time, with peace of mind and livelihood. May you further strengthen your efforts in your current place regarding matters of Judaism in general, and in spreading the wellsprings of the Baal Shem Tov's Torah until they reach even further.
As you requested, you and Reb Moshe Deutsch will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), regarding the matter about which you wrote.
Since every matter requires a conduit connecting the one who blesses and the one who is blessed—it is appropriate that you establish a regular study session in Chabad Chassidus (see how my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, devoted himself to this), and also that without a vow you keep the three well-known daily lessons in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya from now on. May Hashem grant you success to share good news regarding all of the above.
