I was pleased to receive your letter in the month of Adar, in which you write about your efforts to influence your friends and those you meet to inform them about our Torah—the Torah of life—and its mitzvos, and to explain to them that the greatest good for them is to follow the path of Torah and mitzvah. Fortunate is your lot that Divine Providence has granted you such opportunities.

The Creator of the world is faithful to repay you with all that you need, both materially and spiritually. My strong hope is that you will continue in these matters in the future, adding even more strength and effort as required by the times in general, and especially in Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), may it be rebuilt speedily in our days through Moshiach Tzidkeinu. Certainly, your friends from Tzeirei Agudas Chabad will also continue to assist and help you as much as they can.

I await your good news regarding all of the above in the necessary detail. I also hope you will report good news regarding the improvement of your father's health.

With blessings for advancement and increase in all of the above, and for success in serving Hashem according to your position, situation, and environment.
