נעם לי לקרות אודות פעולות האברך... שי', וכנראה גם מהידיעות אודותו בעבר, הנה הוא כח פעיל ועובד וגם - בהצלחה. ובודאי ישתדלו שימשיך בעבודתו בכרם חב"ד אשר רבה העבודה וביחד עם זה הנה עוד רבה יותר העזובה.
ובמ"ש אודות השם שיתנו לשיעורים אלו, כבר כתבתי כ"פ שבאופן רשמי כדאי לרכז את הפעולות, וכמה ענינים ישנם שהם באופן נר לאחד נר למאה, אף אם אפילו באופן בלתי רשמי יתנהג השיעור על אתר על ידי אנשים שאינם ממסגרת צעירי אגו"ח, ובטח ידוע השערתם ע"ד התקציב, ואשתדל להשתתף בזה באיזה סכום, ויש להתענין אפשר יש משרדים רשמים התומכים במפעלים כגון דא.

I was pleased to read about the activities of the Avrech... sheyichyeh, and apparently also from previous reports about him, it is clear he is an active and successful worker. Certainly, efforts will be made for him to continue his work in the Chabad vineyard where there is much to do, and even more so much that remains unattended.
Regarding what you wrote about the name to give these classes, I have already written several times that officially it is worthwhile to centralize the activities. There are several matters that are like "a candle for one is a candle for a hundred," even if unofficially the class is conducted on site by people not from Tzeirei Agudas Chabad. Surely you know their estimate regarding the budget, and I will try to participate with some amount. It is worth investigating if there are official offices that support such projects.
