I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 22nd of Shevat and Rosh Chodesh—the time when joy is increased—and I await further good news as you wrote at the end of your letter, that you will inform me after hearing from the guests, etc.

I was pleased to hear that you are maintaining correspondence with Riaz shiyichyeh Margalit. Certainly, you will strengthen this connection; indeed, it can be said that he may merit to be a conduit—whether knowingly or unknowingly—for spreading the wellsprings of the Baal Shem Tov as explained in Chassidus Chabad within an important and specific circle. Therefore, every effort in this matter is worthwhile.

I greatly enjoyed reading the report from the student Nissan shiyichyeh Mangel, for I did not initially estimate to such an extent—both in printing and in understanding. May Hashem grant him merit that, in addition to what is due according to our Sages' ruling "You have labored and found," which is a find commensurate with the effort, there should also be added success—a find beyond measure.
