במענה על מכתבו מט' שבט - שנתעכב קצת דרך הילוכו - בו כותב שמציעים לו משרה נוספת... בבית הכנסת, ושואל אם לקחתה ולהסתדר שם גם בדירה.
הנה אף שבנוגע לכמה מאנ"ש שיחיו כתבתי ע"ד סידורם בכפר חב"ד, - מפני מצבו הפרטי והמיוחד נכונה ההסתדרות שכותב, שדירתו תהי' ב.. וישתדל בקבלת המשרה הנ"ל.
ויזכה לפתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר הצמח צדק שאמר לאחד, קרא לשמש ויזרח אור, קרא לשמש ויזרח אור, ופירש כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, להאיר את בית הכנסת ובית המדרש, ע"י חיות והוספה בכלל הן בהתפלה והן בהשיעורים הנלמדים. והשי"ת יצליחו.

In response to your letter from the 9th of Shevat—which was slightly delayed in its arrival—in which you write that you are being offered an additional position at the synagogue and ask whether to accept it and arrange your residence there as well.
Although regarding several of Anash I have written about arranging for them in Kfar Chabad, due to your particular and unique situation, the arrangement you describe is appropriate: that your residence should be in [the location], and you should endeavor to accept the aforementioned position.
May you merit the saying of the tzt"z Rebbe who told someone: "Kra laShemesh veyizrach or, kra laShemesh veyizrach or" (Call to the sun and light will shine, call to the sun and light will shine), as explained by my father-in-law, the Rebbe: to illuminate the synagogue and study hall with vitality and general increase—both in prayer and in the lessons studied. May Hashem grant you success.
