בנועם קבלתי מכתביו מיו"ד כ' וכ"ד תמוז עם המצורפים אלי'. ות"ח ביחוד על החוברת דל"ג בעומר שנדפסה בטוב, וטוב טוב עשה שהוסיף השורות האחדות שענין השיחה כל השנה זמנה היא, אף שצריך עיון אולי הי' כדאי שיהי' זה בראש החוברת.
ובטח בהזדמנות הבאה ימלא באיזה אופן הפיצו.
ב) איני יודע באיזה קצה צריך לזרז אודות רשיון הר"ן שי' פינסאן - אם במרוקה או בצרפת, ובטח יתדבר בזה עם הרה"ג והרה"ח כו' מוה"ר רבא"ג שי'.
ג) כנראה ממכתב הרה"ח כו' מוהר"ס שי 'ליבעראוו, חוג עבודתו לא נתברר כ"כ.
והפלא והתמי' מהו הסיבה לזה. אף שכותב הנני בזה להרה"ג כו' והרה"ח הרבא"ג שי' - בכ"ז, מפני הסדר, הנני מזכיר זה גם לכת"ר שי'.
ד) מוסג"פ רשימת המשך המאסר שכנראה בטעות שכחו לצרפה למכ' הקודם.
ה) זה איזה פעמים שאלתי, שלכאורה, כדאי שבמכ"ע המופיעים במרוקה, שבטח ישנם כאלה שנקראים ע"י היהודים, ראוי להשתדל שמזמן לזמן יודפס שם ע"ד הפעולות, וכן גם מעניני חסידות הדרכותי' ומנהגי' ודברי הימים שלה - מתאים לאופי הקוראים וסוג העתון.
ו) נהניתי ממה שבין השיטין של מכתבו ניכר שגם בעיני בשר רואה הוא הצלחת הענינים, ויה"ר מהשי"ת שהן ההצלחה והן הראי' שלו בענינים שעדיין לא ראה הנ"ל, תבואנה גם הם בנראה ונגלה בהקדם.

I pleasantly received your letters from the 10th, 20th, and 24th of Tammuz with their enclosures. Many thanks especially for the Lag BaOmer booklet which was well printed; it was very good that you added several lines noting that the subject of the sichah is relevant all year round. However, perhaps it would have been better to place this at the beginning of the booklet. Certainly at the next opportunity you will fulfill this in some way regarding its distribution.
b) I do not know in which location one should expedite the license for R. Pinson—whether in Morocco or France—and you will surely discuss this with Haraha"g and Haraha"ch etc. Moreinu HaRav Raba"g.
c) It appears from the letter of Haraha"ch etc. Moreinu HaRav S. Lieberov that his field of work is not yet fully clarified. It is surprising and puzzling what the reason for this is. Although he writes that he is addressing Haraha"g etc. and Haraha"ch Raba"g—nevertheless, for order's sake I am also mentioning this to your honor.
d) Enclosed is a list about the continuation of the imprisonment which apparently was mistakenly omitted from the previous letter.
e) I have asked several times already that it seems worthwhile that in newspapers published in Morocco—which are certainly read by Jews—one should strive that from time to time there be printed reports about activities as well as matters of Chassidus: its guidance, customs, and history—adapted to the character of the readers and type of newspaper.
f) I was pleased that between the lines of your letter it is evident that even with physical eyes you see success in these matters. May it be G‑d's will that both this success and your perception regarding matters not yet seen will also become visible and revealed soon.
