Your letter was just received with at least a brief report of the activities from the month of Kislev—thank you for this. Certainly you are also striving that your plowing and sowing will later result in a harvest and a lasting impression even after some time has passed. Surely this requires attention even after the month of Kislev and maintaining connection—whether by letters or by meeting face to face from time to time in every place and community according to its situation.

2) The telegram regarding your proposal to print and distribute the list of imprisonment that was printed in Tammuz for the day of the hilula on Yud Shevat was received. In general, this should be considered carefully since it is only part of the list. Nevertheless, if after consideration you decide to print and distribute it—since an important portion of those who will receive it are Yemenite and Sephardic—it is necessary to include a copy of the words that appear in the list in Yiddish or Russian...

5) For now, security should be as with "the journal" and not as with "HaTamim."

6) Certainly from now on you will write more frequently, and may Hashem grant you merit so there will always be something to write about regarding lively and joyful matters.
