My previous letters together with the maamarim and the attached notes were surely received by you on time. It is surprising that you did not inform me of their receipt. Please forward the enclosed items as soon as possible to R. D. Brauerman and thank you in advance.

It is perplexing that there is such disorder that each person writes what seems right to them and to whomever they see fit, and ultimately those who need help suffer because of this.
