תמי' קצת (כי מובנת היגיעה הדרושה) וגם מצער על שע"ע לא הופיע עוד כרך מהאנציקלופדי' התלמודית. דרך אגב - הוזקקתי לעיון בענין ברכת הבית - ולא מצאתי בהנ"ל.
ראיתי חלקי תנ"ך אם "דעת סופרים" להרב רבינוביץ שי'. וכדאי הי' להנהיגו בבי"ס הממ"ד (כיון שע"פ השמועה - יש רוצים להכנים לשם דוקא "קנקנים חדשים" ומי יודע מי יהי' זה שיחפש אחריהם ואם יתענין שיין הישן יהי' בתוכם או כו'). ואם ביד כת"ר לפעול בזה - בטח יתענין.

As we approach the festival of Shavuos, the time of the giving of our Torah that is coming upon us and all Israel for good, I hereby express my blessing in the words of the Rav—my father-in-law, the Rebbe—of blessed memory: to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness.
With holiday blessings and wishes for good news in both personal and communal matters.

I am somewhat astonished (as I understand the effort required) and also pained that another volume of the Talmudic Encyclopedia has not yet appeared.
Incidentally—I needed to look into the matter of Birkat HaBayit (the blessing for a home)—and did not find it in the aforementioned work. I saw parts in Tanach or "Daas Sofrim" by Rabbi Rabinowitz. It would be worthwhile to introduce this in state religious schools (since according to reports—there are those who specifically want to bring in "new vessels," and who knows who will seek them out and whether they will care if there is old wine within them or not). If it is within your ability to act on this—you will surely take an interest.
