זאל השי"ת אייך בענטשין אז לאורך ימים ושנים טובות זאלט איר האבען אמת'ן נחת וואס דאס איז אידישער חסידות'שער נחת פון קינדער אין אייניקלעך שי' פון די וועלכע זיינען באה"ק ת"ו און פון די וואס בחו"ל, אין אלע הינזיכטען.
בעת רצון וועט מען מזכיר זיין אייך און די אלע וועגען וועלכע איר שרייבט אויף דעם ציון הק' פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לויט דעם אינהאלט פון אייער שרייבען.

In response to your letter from the 28th of Iyar in which you write about the idea of traveling here to meet, etc., and ask my opinion on this.
In general, this matter does not seem appropriate to me for several reasons, foremost among them being that our Torah, the Torah of Life, sets boundaries and certain conditions when one wishes to leave Eretz HaKodesh for outside the Land. From this alone it is understandable that even if these conditions are met, it is still not so simple. And if to this is added an increase in debts—in other words, that one must have an unnatural approach to fulfill this desire—this makes the matter even more complicated (mesubach).
And since in spiritual matters physical space poses no obstacle [although it is understandable that seeing with one's own eyes brings greater satisfaction], may Hashem bless you that for long good days and years you should have true nachas—which is Jewish chassidic nachas—from children and grandchildren sheyichyu both those who are in Eretz HaKodesh and those abroad, in all respects.
At an auspicious time you will be mentioned—as well as all those about whom you write—at the holy resting place of my father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal according to the content of your letter.
