Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the end of Teves.
At an auspicious time, you and your wife will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagam zy"a (may his merit protect us), in accordance with the content of your letter. May it be G‑d's will that just as you wrote your request, so too you will share good news about this.
Regarding what you wrote about the achievements of doctors in the United States in medical science—in general, doctors here and in Eretz HaKodesh are closely connected and know what is happening with each other. However, sometimes it is especially worthwhile to ask the doctor you visit about achievements outside Eretz HaKodesh, particularly in the United States. As our Sages say: "Milta d'lo rami alai d'inish..." (A matter that does not rest upon a person...)
Regarding what you wrote about moving to Tel Aviv—it would seem that this is not advisable at least for now. If your current apartment brings up memories and so on, it is possible to change the furniture or even how the rooms are used and similar adjustments. Furthermore, it is proper—if possible—that from time to time there should be a Torah study session in your home (with at least a few people), whether in Nigleh or in Pnimiyus HaTorah as revealed in Chassidus in our generation—or both together. May you have good news regarding all of the above.
With blessings for good tidings.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages seeking medical advice broadly while maintaining spiritual stability by not rushing to move homes unnecessarily. He highlights the value of transforming one's environment through Torah study gatherings at home for continued blessing and growth.
