ולשאלתו ע"י הנ"ל בענין הגבאות בבית הכנסת, שכתבתי דעתי מאז שימשיך בזה,
הנה ידוע שעיקר ופנימיות הנ"ל הוא בהנוגע לסדר התפלה ולשיעורי תורה הנלמדים, וכיון שהמדובר בבית הכנסת חסידותי, שיעורים גם בתורת החסידות, וכיון שימשיך בהשגחה שהעובר לפני התיבה יתפלל התפלה באופן המתאים ועאכו"כ בשבתות וימים טובים, כן בהנוגע לאחרי התפלה אמירת השיעור תהלים חדשי (כתקנת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע) וכן שיהיו השיעורים בנגלה ובחסידות בזמנים המתאימים, ה"ז הוא המשך האמתי בהנ"ל, וקמי' שמיא גליא ואינו נוגע כלל השם והתואר וכו' ובודאי לדכוותי' האריכות בהנ"ל אך למותר.
וע"פ המבואר בתורת הבעל שם טוב ז"ל שהכל בהשגחה פרטית הרי באה שאלתו ונכתב המענה בערב יום כ' חשון, שבכ' חשון הוא יום הולדת של כ"ק אדמו"ר מוהרש"ב אביו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר - זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אשר השנה נתמלאו מאה שנה להנ"ל, ומובן הענין ע"פ המבואר בתורת החסידות על תחלת פרשה זו, ויהיו חיי שרה מאה שנה וגו', עיין בזהר כאן ומבואר בספר אור התורה לכ"ק אדמו"ר הצמח צדק.

Regarding your question through him about the gabbaus in the synagogue, as I wrote my opinion previously that you should continue with this, it is known that the main and inner aspect of this is related to the order of prayer and to the Torah classes studied. Since we are speaking about a Chassidic synagogue, there should also be classes in Chassidus. And since you will continue to ensure that whoever leads the prayers does so appropriately—especially on Shabbos and Yom Tov—likewise after prayers there should be recitation of the monthly Tehillim (as instituted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal), and that classes in Nigleh and Chassidus are held at appropriate times. This is truly a continuation of what was discussed above. Before Heaven all is revealed, and names or titles do not matter at all. Certainly for your honor, lengthy discussion on this is unnecessary.
According to what is explained in the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov z"l that everything is by Divine Providence, your question arrived and this answer was written on Erev 20th of Cheshvan—the 20th of Cheshvan being the birthday of my father-in-law's father, the Rebbe Rashab zatzal—and this year marks one hundred years since his birth. The significance is understood according to what is explained in Chassidus on the beginning of this parsha: "Vayihyu chayei Sarah me'ah shanah..." (And Sarah's life was one hundred years...), see Zohar here and it is explained in Sefer Or HaTorah by our Rebbe the tzt"z. Also see Shnei Luchot HaBrit at Parshat Toldot.
