שלום וברכה!
נעם לי לקבל פ"ש ממתפללי בית הכנסת ובית המדרש על ידי האורחים שליט"א,
ויהי רצון שתמיד כל הימים יתבשרו בני ישראל איש מרעהו אך טוב בטוב אמיתי כדרז"ל, טוב לשמים טוב לבריות, וטוב העושה פירות (קדושין מ, א).
וכיון אשר בכל עניני קדושה, ככל שיהי' המצב גם טוב, תמיד יש מקום להוסיף, כיון שקשורים בהקב"ה שהוא אין סופי, תקותי חזקה שיתחזקו לא רק בעניני תפלה אלא גם בעניני לימוד התורה ברבים הן בנגלה והן בחסידות בכל יום, ובש"ק בהוספה בלימוד תורת החסידות, כמובן ע"פ המבואר בזה בכתבי האריז"ל.
והרי פסקו רז"ל אשר שמא גרים, ולבית המדרש ולבית הכנסת לשאת השם חב"ד בצדק - לתהלה ולשם ולתפארת (עיין לקוטי תורה לרבנו הזקן פרשת תבוא סוף ד"ה היום הזה ה"א מצוך וגו' בכל לבבך ובכל נפשך),
ויהי רצון שישמש דוגמא חי' וישפיע בכל הנ"ל על כל בתי כנסיות ובתי מדרשות,
עדי יקויים היעוד, עתידין בתי כנסיות ובתי מדרשות שבבבל שיקבעו בארץ ישראל, בביאת משיח צדקנו.

To the esteemed worshippers and administration of the Beit Knesset and Beit Midrash Chabad Meah Shearim, in Jerusalem the Holy City may it be rebuilt and established by our righteous Moshiach, may Hashem be upon them for life.

It pleased me to receive regards from the worshippers of the Beit Knesset and Beit Midrash through the honored guests, may they live and be well. May it be G‑d's will that always, all days, Jews will hear only good news from one another—true good as our Sages say: good to Heaven, good to people, and good that produces fruit (Kiddushin 40a).
And since in all matters of holiness—even when things are good—there is always room to add, because they are connected with the Holy One Blessed Be He Who is infinite, my strong hope is that you will strengthen not only prayer but also communal Torah study both in Nigleh (revealed Torah) and Chassidus every day; on Shabbat especially with increased study of Chassidus, as explained in the writings of the Arizal.
And our Sages ruled that a name causes influence; for your Beit Midrash and Beit Knesset to bear the name "Chabad" justly—for praise, renown, and glory (see Likkutei Torah by Rabbeinu HaZaken on Parshat Tavo at the end of "HaYom HaZeh Ha'Elokecha Metzavecha... b'chol levavcha u'vechol nafshecha"). May it be G‑d's will that it serve as a living example and influence all the above upon all synagogues and study halls until the prophecy is fulfilled: "In the future all synagogues and study halls in Babylonia will be established in Eretz Yisrael," with the coming of our righteous Moshiach.
