ת"ח על מכתבו מז' שבט, מבשר טוב מהתפתחות השיעור בדא"ח אשר בביהכ"נ חב"ד במאה שערים, ובודאי אינו מסתפק בזה שאחרים עוזרים כי אם משתדל גם הוא ככל יכולתו לבסס ולפתח שיעור זה, וכן בכל הפעולות של ענין הפצת המעינות חוצה, והרי רובם ככולם בתכנית צעירי אגו"ח, ובפרט שהרי ז"ע באנו מיום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא ישראל, אשר מסר נפשו על ענינים האמורים, ויום סגולה האמור, ה"ז הוספה בהסיוע מלמעלה ולתוספת השתדלות והצלחה בהאמור, ויהי רצון שימשיך לבשר טוב בכל הנ"ל ובאופן דמוסיף והולך.

Thank you for your letter from 7 Shevat, sharing good news about the development of the shiur in Chassidus at the Chabad synagogue in Meah Shearim. Certainly, you are not content with others helping but are also personally striving to strengthen and develop this shiur to the best of your ability, as well as in all activities related to spreading the wellsprings outward. Most of these efforts are under the auspices of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad. Especially since we have just come from the day of hilulah (yahrzeit) of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden nasi Yisrael, who dedicated his life to these matters. This auspicious day brings increased assistance from Above and should inspire additional effort and success in these areas. May it be G‑d's will that you continue to share good news in all these matters and do so with ever-increasing growth.
