במ"ש אודות מצבו הפרטי, עוד הפעם אזכירו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
וכמדומה שאמרתי גם להרה"ח וכו'... בהנוגע אליו, בדבורו אודותו כשהי' כאן, שהסיבה היחידה שהנני יכול למצוא להעכוב כו', הוא מה שדוחק את השעה באותו הענין מעת התחלתו לכתוב עד"ז, ואף שרק במציאה אמרו שבאה בהיסח הדעת לגמרי, הנה בעניני פרנסה המצב כן הוא, שהתאמצות יתירה לא לבד שאין ממהרת אלא וכו', וע"ד המבואר לפעמים בכגון דא, שאף שנזקקים ללבושי הטבע בעניני פרנסה, בתוככי כללות הצטרכות האדם וכמ"ש בכל אשר תעשה דוקא, הנה כשעושים הלבושים יותר על המדה, הרי לא לבד שאין האריכות מסייעת כ"א אדרבה מפריעה להילוך מהיר, ואף שצדק בכתבו, שזה איזה שנים שעורר על הנ"ל, אבל מוכרחני לאמר שתיכף מבתחלה היתה התאמצות ודוחק השעה ביותר, אלא שכיון שאין אדם נתפס על צערו, ונוסף על זה וגם הוא עיקר, שזכות הרבים מסייעתו ולכל לראש פעולותיו הנעלות בעניני כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, תקותי חזקה שחוזק בטחונו בהשי"ת - תגדיל ברכתו וגם תמהר אותה.
ויהי רצון שיהי' זה בקרוב ממש כפשוטו ובטוב הנראה והנגלה, וכיון שזה עתה באנו מיום הבהיר ל"ג בעומר הילולא דרשב"י, שהנהגתו ועמדו זרים ורעו צאנכם (ברכות ל"ה ב') יהי רצון שעד"ז יהי' גם בעניניו ז.א. שתהי' פרנסתו בהרחבה אמיתית ורוב זמנו ומרצו וכשרונותיו נתונים יהיו ומקודשים לעניני כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר.

Regarding what you wrote about your personal situation, once again I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagam zya, according to the content of your letter.
And it seems that I also said to the haraha"ch etc... regarding him, in his words about you when he was here, that the only reason I can find for the delay etc., is that you are forcing the matter in this area from the very beginning of writing about it. And even though it is said only about finding something that it comes completely unexpectedly, in matters of livelihood this is indeed the case: extra effort not only does not hasten things but actually... And as explained sometimes in such cases, even though one must use natural means regarding livelihood as part of a person's general needs—as it says "in all that you do" specifically—when one overdoes these means beyond measure, not only does prolonging not help but on the contrary it hinders swift progress.
And even though you were correct in writing that for some years now you have been aroused about this matter, I must say that from the very beginning there was excessive effort and forcing of circumstances. However, since a person is not held accountable for his pain—and more importantly (and this is essential), that the merit of the many assists him and above all his lofty activities regarding my father-in-law the Rebbe, leader of Israel—I have strong hope that strengthening your trust in Hashem will increase your blessing and also hasten it.
May it be G‑d's will that this be very soon in a literal sense and with visible and apparent good. And since we have just come from Lag BaOmer—the bright day of Rashbi's passing—whose conduct was "and strangers shall stand and tend your flocks" (Berachos 35b), may it be so also regarding your matters; namely, that your livelihood should be with true abundance and most of your time, energy, and talents should be devoted and sanctified to activities concerning my father-in-law the Rebbe.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that while natural effort is needed for livelihood, overexertion can hinder success. Trusting Hashem brings blessing more swiftly. One should dedicate their talents to holy work with faith and joy.
