בקשר עם מקום הרבנות שהתפנה לאחרונה ברמת גן ע"י פטירת הרה"ג וכו' הר"מ אכסלרד, וכן בתל אביב ביהכ"נ נחלת בנימין.
תקותי חזקה שמנצל כת"ר שי' כל השפעתו במלא המרץ והתוקף, שהמ"מ יהי' כתוכן התואר ממלא מקום הנפטר בהנוגע לעניני תורת החסידות ומנהגי'.
ולגודל ערך ופשיטות הנחיצות בזה, בודאי שאין להאריך, ולא באתי אלא בהתאם למאמר חז"ל אין מזרזין אלא למזורזין, וינעם לי להתבשר מהפעולות בהנ"ל ומהצלחתן.

In connection with the rabbinic position that recently became vacant in Ramat Gan due to the passing of Haraha"g etc. Reb M. Akselrad, as well as at the Nachalat Binyamin synagogue in Tel Aviv.
My strong hope is that your honor will utilize all your influence with full energy and determination so that the successor will truly fulfill the role of replacing the departed regarding matters of Chassidus and its customs.
Given the great importance and obvious necessity of this, there is certainly no need to elaborate; I write only in accordance with our sages' saying: "They only urge those who are already eager." I would be pleased to hear good news about these activities and their success.
