Shalom u'Vrachah!

After a long pause, which already caused concern, your letter from Tuesday—the day that is doubly good—was received, bringing good news about her successful medical treatment...

May it be G‑d's will that her health continues to improve, and surely you remember what I have written to you several times: the content of our Rebbeim's saying—Tracht gut vet zain gut (think good and it will be good), especially after you have seen the kindness of Hashem with your own eyes; then even human intellect, and even the intellect of the animal soul, compels one to think positively.

May it be G‑d's will that as Kislev is renewed, both of you together will increase in spreading traditional Judaism wherever your influence reaches, infused with chassidic warmth, enthusiasm, and vitality—in a manner of continually increasing light.

Blessings for good news in all the above matters and also for his health.

Summary
